Practice Areas

Social Security Disability

I have successfully represented our most vulnerable and disabled individuals for nearly two decades from all across the Tri-State (Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana) and many other states.  I handle all types of Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income cases.  I routinely help navigate and counsel clients from the very start of your disability application and have continued to fight for benefits all the way through appeals in Federal Courts.

I have been a long-time member of the preeminent National Organization of Social Security Claimant’ Representatives (NOSSCR), a highly focused bar association for attorneys who advocate for our disabled individuals all across the United States.  As a NOSSCR member, I am committed to providing you the utmost personal representation and ensure that I am current on all of the myriad government changes in law in order to win your case.  I have represented my clients before all of our local judges in disability trials.  I know how to win your case.

Although these cases often take time to win, I will personally keep you informed and work with you throughout the entirety of your case rather than you only getting to speak to a secretary or paralegal.  And if your case is at the hearing stage before one of our judges, then I will personally be your attorney not only preparing you before our trial but also handling each step of your disability case at trial.  This is critical for you to know that I, as your attorney, will be with you every step of your case.  Often times claimants hire out-of-state national organizations who unknown to them often times fail to adequately protect your interests, are likely not able to speak to a licensed attorney familiar with their local disability court, nor will the organization send an attorney to your most important day in court.  I never charge you by the hour- I only get paid when we win your case.  Please call me as soon as possible for a free consultation so I, as your attorney, can personally speak with you about your case.

Workers Compensation

I have successfully represented injured workers for nearly two decades.  If you are injured on the job while working in or even outside of the state for a Kentucky employer, you will be required to navigate a complex ever changing set of laws.  I am an experienced and passionate Kentucky workers compensation attorney who will help you successfully navigate these laws so you can obtain the maximum financial compensation possible for lost wages along with proper medical care so you can best recover from your injuries.  I will guide you through an unfamiliar process, I will protect you and your rights, and I will ensure you receive the maximum benefits available to you by law.  You will have direct access with me as your attorney, rather than only secretaries and paralegals to answer your most sensitive questions.  I never charge you by the hour- I only get paid when we win your case.  Please call me as soon as possible for a free consultation so I, as your attorney, can personally speak with you about your case.

Personal Injury,
Auto & Truck Accidents

As your attorney, I will personally fight for you.  If you or a loved one has suffered an injury due to the negligence of another, you deserve my dedicated and passionate one-on-one representation.  Accidents are life changing experiences.  I have personally represented and fought hard for all of my injured and deceased clients for nearly two decades.  The crash is beginning of what is typically an extremely frustrating process in dealing with an uncaring and often times an intimidating insurance company whose primary focus is to protect their own financial bottom line rather than protecting your future.  I will help you successfully navigate and obtain the maximum compensation for your case so you can have closure and so you can move forward in life.  You will have direct access with me as your attorney, rather than only secretaries and paralegals to answer your most sensitive questions.  I never charge you by the hour- I only get paid when we win your case.  Please call me as soon as possible for a free consultation so I, as your compassionate attorney, can personally speak with you about your case.

Probate, Estate
Administration, &Wills

I have helped families for nearly two decades with their estate probate administration and preparation of their most important estate documents.  I assist families with the process of having your loved one’s estate probated by our local court, regardless of whether or not your loved one has a Will.  The probate estate administration is often times necessary for your loved one’s assets to be distributed as directed by either their Will, or if they did not have a Will then by State laws.  I will help you navigate through the complex probate administration process which makes probate administration so difficult and time consuming for most families.  I will make your job much easier as Executor or Administrator.

I also help families plan their Estates by providing their fundamental estate planning documents:  Will, Power of Attorney, and a Living Will.  These documents are designed to ensure your wishes are carried out and followed by your Estate.  Your Will is the very most important legal document you can create to ensure your wishes of who manages and receives your assets upon death.  If you do not have a Will when you die, then your estate will pass by “intestate” succession, which means the State laws will decide who your loved one’s assets will go to and this may not necessarily provide your loved ones with the financial security you worked so hard to ensure.  It is most important to have a Will if you do not have a spouse or children, otherwise the State will decide who gets your assets often times going to remote relatives or even to the State.  Please call me as soon as possible for a free consultation, so I can personally speak with you about probate estate administration and estate planning needs.
